Notable performances: In 1952 he was a member of the band which rang five peals in one day at Llanfihangel Rhydeithon. He rang in a peal of 10,000 Plain Bob Major at Llanfeugan on July 15th 1972. He rang in a peal of 15,000 Doubles (10 methods), being the longest peal rung for the Hereford Diocesan Guild, at Eardisley on August 11th 1974. He circled Hereford Cathedral to peals on June 7th 1977.
