Leicester Diocesan Guild | Was formed after the Midland Counties Association was divided into four new associations at the beginnings of 1946. The AGM of the Midland Counties Association held on 7th April 1945 agreed the society should be divided into three separate societies - Derby, Leicester and Southwell - from 1 January 1946, to generate greater local interest and the advancement of ringing.
