Notable performances: A local peal of Cambridge Surprise Major on Boxing Day 1952, with six ringers being under 21 years old. Another achievement was to be selected to ring in an all ladies peal of Stedman triples at Thurcaston on 3rd October 1953, conducted by Jill Staniforth.
